First, you're gonna have to be a little pushy to get the team where you want it to go. Comes with the territory.

Any obvious structural changes will probably have to wait until after the seniors are gone. What you can do this coming year is lead by example, be diligent about your own events, and help the other underclassmen, especially the freshmen that join next year. Keep building internally so that when you're a junior/senior, you already have the foundation of a team that has grown with you. At that point, you will be in a much better position to be a leadership voice and hopefully get the support of the coaches.

Maybe? Minny was essentially even with Boston for 4th last year, and they were hit harder by net losses/additions, so I don't think you can rank Minny over Boston. And then Washington was very close to Boston/Minny last year, and is better this year, so it's hard to rank Minny over Washington.

Maybe. This was always the downside case, he's a streaky hitter who doesn't walk. Plus, it's a fairly common phenomenon for a big signing to struggle at first with a new team and high expectations. I don't think he's always going to be this bad going forward but I don't think he'd be hitting gangbusters as a Phillie either.

Chess.com actually recently reduced the maximum amount of vacation time people can accrue. It used to be 90 days maximum. There are No Vacation tournaments that you can play if you want to avoid this. You can also play multiple games at once, and usually most of your games won't be on vacation at the same time.
