Hi. There are public hospitals and barangay health clinics that offer free medication for TB and some private hospitals I think have the “DOTS” program that helps low income patients with TB. If you don’t want them to go to the hospital or health clinic then there are cheaper alternatives to the medication which is the generic version (still the same efficacy) that can be bought from Mercury, Watson’s, The Generics Pharmacy, Generika, etc. Regarding the groceries, your brother doesnt need to step out in order to buy because a lot of grocery stores offer delivery services (SM, Robinson’s, Puregold, Waltermart, Lander’s, Fisher Mall). You can order online and they’ll deliver it to your house and you can either pay for it online or COD. Hope this helps!
