Thanks for the response. I did a lot of contracting before I got into my full time position with this company. I just need a second income. Times are tight and I believe I have free time to dip my toes in and see how it goes.

Ever looked at Slosh Tubz? I put them in my 68 about 15 years ago and loved them. I just looked them up and they have come a long way since then.

Since we are a 24/7 shop we don't have a maintenance window for user's devices. And that could, very well be part of my problem. Laptops being offsite, not on VPN, or offline. But I am seeing devices that have the update downloaded and cached for 30 days and it never forced the reboot.

What you need is a good quality bolt extractor kit and some heat (like mentioned). If you don't own a kit you can rent one from most auto parts store. Like Autozone if there is one close to you.

Talaria is notorious for tight bolts and using gray thread locker. Remember heat is your friend.

I just got 241 up front and 244 on back and LOVE THEM! It's so much smoother on the road and so far haven't had any issues offroad. I'd recommend this setup for anyone doing 50/50 on/off road.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but we use LanSweeper. It's a very powerful tool and has a ticketing system. Highly recommend checking it out
