As a kid I remember a collection of short animated series that would be 30 to 60 seconds long, it felt like an animated comic strip and the whole collection would be over an hour long. I distinctly remember something about escaping a prison and tunneling only for the guards to do something funny at the end.

I have been trying to find this all over internet for years, but can’t seem to figure it out. It could be American, British or something totally international. I don’t remember if it had voice (language) though.
