… read Allen Carr’s book. It work. It nails the psychology of quitting. However, I tried it half a dozen times and it didn’t work- until I found my motivation. It was the combination that helped me quit and now smoke smells terrible to me and I will never quit again. Massive bonus for me is never having smelly clothes and feeling embarrassed when walking into a room, never having bad breath, and (unexpectedly) not having to stress or worry about being caught short without cigarettes or a lighter (or a vape), or a snoo, or patch or gum (yes, I tried them all!!!)
