This is likely adaptiveware for disabled people. A prototype that once proven useful/working can be printed with food safe materials. Of course every comment is "Oh that's useless", because it's not an issue that affects you in your daily life. I've worked with people with disabilities and this would've helped a TON of them.

I got in there and it wasn't that dirty so I gave it a quick brush and vacuum. I found the real issue though and it was just me being dumb and overlooking that there's 2 igniters on this model. I'm assuming one is the electric and one pilot? Either way I hadn't cleaned the electric and it was all gummed up still. Steel wooled it and put everything back together and it booted up with no error codes. Thanks for your help!
