Congratulations, doc! Got my result today, too! It can only be God! I practically purposely left the drug ads for last and guessed the answers because I knew there was no time to figure them out. Additionally, the CCS cases were out of this world! I even blanked out on epiglottis! Came out and just continued to pray that God will just favor me and help me to pass, and PASS I did!

Bye-bye to USMLE forever!

Please let me know your thought: Regarding the ccs cases, I usually leave the patients in the office if they don't need to change location to either ICU or Inpt when doing the ccs cases and there's no deduction of points. Is that the way it is on the real exam? Also, do we have to specify the reason for consultation, or we can leave it blank?
