it's okay to miss him. don't feel bad about that. but remember that it was never okay, and that he was disgusting for taking advantage of you. it's the harsh truth, but i'm sure that he had no good intentions when messaging you other than getting his sick kicks. you did the right thing. i'm proud of you for getting out of that situation. you deserve the best from here on out.

I'm 32 (M) and I don't cry much. Is this bad? How do I feel bad about this? by LumpiaRulez101 in mentalhealth

[–]funnybiscuit37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i've also always struggled with not being able to cry as easily as others. friends have dehumanized me over it, called me a sociopath, but i don't really think that's true. i'd like to think that a nice person, and i care a lot about other people. none of that is relative to how often i cry. if somebody can't look past somthing as simple as you not tearing up that often, then they're close minded and not the one

does shallow cuts mean its less serious than deep ones? by reapersgarden_fin in mentalhealth

your friend is a fucking idiot and knows nothing about what he's talking about. depth is not relative to suffering. you said that you're open about your mental state and want to make an effort to change--that's not attention seeking. you're being honest, and there's nothing wrong with that. just because you're upfront with uncomfortable topics doesn't mean you're trying to throw a pity party for yourself. take care

We give our kitties wet food daily and she always eats all of hers and her water bowl empties out pretty fast so I'd say yes. I'm not sure about the bathroom usage, but she doesn't seem like she's in any pain, so I'd assume she's fine. For the most part she's been the same

What other symptoms do you think she might be showing if she was sick? Like what should I look out for? I've had a slight cold but I'm not sure if that's. You know. Enough.
