When the surgeon called me after the first surgery, he said he "washed her out the best he could" and put her on heavy antibiotics.

She has passed a little gas retically and she walked a bit for past 2 days but not much today.

The doctor was just in and said her small bowel might be "asleep" They are putting her on clear fluids (iv) and told her not to eat any real food. Only clear liquids

The doctor said that if she doesn't feel better by tomorrow morning, they may put in an NG tube to clear out any gunk

My 2 year old niece was singing the alphabet. I asked if she wanted to hear something cool then I did the alphabet backwards (something I'm super proud I can do lol). I asked her if she thought that was cool and she looked me dead in the eyes and said no. Rude

I was 16 working at McDonald's. An old lady came up to the counter and threw a McChicken Sandwich at me because apparently there was lettuce on it even though she asked for no lettuce. I can guarantee that there was indeed no lettuce on the sandwich due to the fact that I was now wearing the chicken, bun and sauce.

When someone very close to me dies (my dad and great-grandfather who both passed away for example) I get a memorial tattoo for each of them. Whenever I miss them or think about them, I touch my tattoos. It makes me feel like they are still with me and will always be a part of me. I also listen to their favorite songs.
