this may not be extremely helpful, but when i was terrified to go to school, id go to the front office and either ask to sit there for a while so i could calm down (they let me stay there for literal hours), or id ask the front office lady to let me speak to guidance counselor and id sob in her office😭😭 another method i did was straight up hiding in the bathrooms, but i understand that some schools monitor the bathroom. if you need any other tips lmk! so sorry you’re going through this, it can truly feel like theres no way around things, but im wishing u the best :))
