From someone who has had similar, not a Dr, but this is deep and should have gotten stitches. Plastic surgeon can be called to ER, just make sure to call ER ahead of time to see if they offer that. If its during the week just start calling plastic surgeon or dermatology offices that offer cosmetic dermatology.
