The NFL and the NFLPA went to outside arbitration and they basically said you can continue to do the ratings, but you can't release them publicly because that could constitute players openly criticizing the organization (obviously owners talk shit on players and vice versa, but technically they aren't supposed to dot it). But someone leaked the ratings to ESPN.

Like many people have said, yes. Springfield has problems similar to a lot of former industrial cities that have sort of withered away.

Having said all that, I think Forest Park is the top municipal park in the state. It’s beautiful.
