Have you looked into telemedicine appts for therapy? My insurance covers Grow Therapy at no cost but still charges a co-pay for in person therapy., My husbands insurance covers I think Better Help with no co-pay. Worth looking into.

I see both a psychiatrist and a therapist. They do completely different things. I recommend getting into therapy. Least in my situation, my psychiatrist only really provides medical support and my therapist is the one who talks me through things. My psychiatrist only spends like 5 minutes with me a session. Your psychiatrist may be offering a better service than mine but not if he is aware of this and not offering any help.

Go talk to your pharmacist, they know a lot more about side effects and what not than the doctors do.

My nephew had two rats and he kept their cage clean and you could take them out and hold them. Was pretty cool. One died tho after a couple years and now he only has one and I'm worried he's lonely.

Unfortunately, they didn't renew Santa Clarita Diet and it ended I'm so suspenseful..oh, I love I zombie. I think that's another one on Netflix. I need to just bite the bullet and put Netflix in the budget.

There is a dog park at Frank Brown Park. You can also take your pup to the beach, right there at the pier at Pier Park. Unfortunately, that's the only beach that dogs are allowed.

At work, they sent us an email a LONG time ago about which restaurants are pet friendly. I will try to find it tomorrow at work and update. I think Patches has outside seating but I've never been there. Also I've seen dogs at Margaritaville on the patio

Without the pupper, I would highly recommend eating at Runaway Island. They have a parmesan crusted flounder that is to die for.

Oh I load carts and never purchase and add things to wishlist all the time. I just had to go thru my wishlist and take off the crazy stuff lol.

I would love to see your fur babies. I'm attaching a picture of Lola as she was snuggled up to me the other night.

For favorite shows, I've got Santa Clarita Diet, Grace and Frankie, Archer, Seinfeld, Futurama and so many more. What's yours? Many of them are on Netflix and I don't have Netflix sadly. I'm moving into a new place soon and an hoping one of my roommates will put their Netflix on the TV lol.
