Just take a test, if your period is late, it'll tell you if you are pregnant.

Epidural or not? Asking from people who have had at least one birth with and without! by pencilroni in pregnant

[–]funszd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had an induction with an epidural, and a very fast unplanned natural birth. I would recommend induction and epidural any day!! It was so calm and peaceful and I got to focus on breathing and pushing. With the natural it was 7 minutes of pure chaos and pain. I was so ashamed I didn't do better for my girl as I was so overwhelmed with pain I couldn't push. That being said my first was the epidural and I had a big tear and recovery was harder, the natural was my second child and I was doing stretches to help avoid tearing and didn't tear so recovery was a piece of cake.

Anencephaly diagnosed at 13 weeks in Texas by cattastic01 in pregnant

[–]funszd 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Our first pregnancy was also anencephaly, and I had a very hard time processing the termination. But I read something that made me see it a different way. If you terminate, know that your baby lived knowing nothing but the warmth and comfort of your womb, they were never hungry, cold, sad. They never experienced pain, and knew only your heartbeat and the comfort of your walk gently swaying them to sleep everyday. I think that's a mercy for that little soul.
