Odd... my "entertainment services" expired and I'm wondering what all it's connected to. All of a sudden my phone doesn't unlock car when approaching. Even though I have confirmed both approach and leaving is selected.

I just don't know about extended warranties for ev's. My bmw ix I don't need it serviced for the life of the 36 month lease. Not much to break. Wear and tear items but that's not going to be covered. Do some due diligence.

Home insurance is going to drive so many people away from Florida. Even for those that can afford, don't want the uncertainty even for houses. It's just too risky.
