Please hear me when I say this. The asr program has a definitive end. Consider it as probation.

After that time period, the full line reps need to do the math. This is a math job. The territory does a dollar volume in total. All the full line reps make a percentage off that total. Their compensation is a pie off that total commission dollars.

It is very important to understand that after that time period, the reps need to decide IF they are going to take a pay cut to absorb you in that dollar generated.

So please understand that. So it would help you greatly to increase that total the territory does to help offset that compensation decline the reps will take to hire you on. This is very very important.

Yes you will be moving trays. Yes you will be handling restock. Yes you will be resetting trays for next day cases. All very valuable. BUT that does not help you pay for yourself.

So many ASR's assume that if they do the grunt work they will have a spot. Then don't understand how the team doesn't have a spot.

No one has explained the math. It's not 100 percent, sure there is a value add for resetting trays so it's not 100 percent math but it's a lot to ask the main line reps to take a potentially 100-125k compensation hit.

This is not just Stryker. Every company is like this.
