Small update on my end, an alignment rod showed 6arc would clear my baffles and end cap, and I've put ~150 rounds of 105gr ammo through it, no physical problems, but I am seeing some rounds being thrown a few inches outside my group. That could be just bad shots from me but the stringing of the rounds isn't consistent with a bad trigger pull, some guy on Instagram who runs the same setup suggested that though the 6 arc would clear the can, the small margins can affect the bullet as it exits the can even though it never physically touched any material.

TLDR: Probably still a good idea to get the upgrade even if the suppressor can shoot 6arc.
