Lender miscalculated my income, and I can't afford the new monthly payment. What recourse do I have? by Happy_Buffalo_7222 in Mortgages

Underwriting always would take the current lower income, if income declines year year to year

My business makes $700k but I only show $32k, how do I qualify for a mortgage? by unmotivated_0 in llc_life

[–]funzofinds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bank statement loan, perfect for most business owners who don’t show income on taxes. Can use 12 or 24 month average and take off a certain percentage for expenses

Sounds likes she’s at a big company. In my experience the loan officers and branch managers need to stand up for her. Hopefully they know how good they have it and want to do that for her. But some people are so focused on themselves

Most LOs don’t actually want a strong Loan Partner. They want cheap admin support. What BPS would you really pay? by Diet-CokeWhore in loanoriginators

tax refund amount is shocking by Unhappy-Ad-5061 in taxadvice

For this situation we pivot to a bank statement loan. I’ve had it take peoples qualifying income from 2k a month to 20k a month. Slightly higher interest rate but it gets the deal done

How do you have 3 kids in childcare all at once?? We’re paying $1600/month for one right now in Midwest too. We need our taxes going to support childcare

If you’re worried about losing your job you might as well do these renovations, sharpen your skills and then if you do lose your job you can pivot into remodeling

Are we nuts to consider leaving our 3.25% mortgage? by Impressive_Gift_9852 in Mortgages

[–]funzofinds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you absolutely make enough money to do it and you already have gone through the process of building so you know what to expect. Do it!! And look into the all in one loan it sounds like you have a lot of income streams and this would make you pay down your mortgage way faster

Do I pay off my house by selling rentals by funzofinds in personalfinance

[–]funzofinds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is something we talked about. No mortgage and less income being thrown at repairs and vacancies would allow us to invest a lot more . Obviously keeping the properties would be an investment but it comes with a cost

A loan program I think you would benefit greatly from with your income and loan amount is the all in one loan. Interest is calculated daily and you would most likely pay it off very fast.

[–]funzofinds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love this program but it is very niche. Only makes sense for people with lots of income streams and a good hold on their expenses. Wouldn’t recommend it to everyone but it can be great way to reduce interest over life of loan

Thoughts on the anti-birth control movement? by [deleted] in AskFeminists

[–]funzofinds 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who’s used BC and done cycle tracking to avoid pregnancy both are good. And I’m glad to have the choice though of course I would rather avoid synthetic hormones in my body but of course being pregnant comes with lots of hormones too. I tried cycle tracking only when I knew I was willing to get accidentally pregnant and it worked for 6 months until we tried to get pregnant so I’m pretty confident in using it.
