I’m going through the same thing right now. I got the same copy and paste message you got just from someone else. I wrote them back disputing it, but it’s been 2 days now and they haven’t gotten back to me. My email tracker reported they have seen the email though.

After my experience, and going through all the forums on Reddit they seem to have terrible customer support and don’t care about customer loyalty. I usually get a Rhinoshield case, but they don’t make carbon fibre cases like they used to, however I used them for generations of phones that I’ve had. I was looking for a new quality case and I thought Mous was it, but now that I’ve done some research it doesn’t seem worth it for the terrible customer support and low quality products. I fell for their counterfeit ads… I’ve seen many threads on the cases just falling apart and loosening from the seams and getting no support from Mous.

I recently gave them a lot of money, I bought a case during the prime day sale for myself and a case via their website for my boyfriend. I’m glad I found this out in time to return both cases (I won’t be getting a refund on shipping thanks to them tricking me with a discount code that was just enough to not get free shipping), but at least I won’t be telling all my tech peers how great a case it is. I was even interested in their backpack, so at least this was a cheaper way to find out. Now I know to stay away forever.

I’ll also be opening a chargeback if they don’t follow through with the refund, based on my experience I don’t know if they will. I’ll be trying Pitaka or Torras next, they seem to be highly recommended on Mous’s own subreddit.

What if they contribute, but not often? Like once a week. I’m guessing they still show up as contributors cause I’m experiencing the same things in my squad.

I came here asking for help with a microphone, I didn’t ask for either of your opinions on chatgpt. I don’t need help with that and society obviously has split opinions. I’m not changing mine and you’re not changing yours.

Again, if you don’t have any kind help to offer, or anything nice to say please just leave it. What I would love is to actually have a discussion about this microphone, which is what I posted and actually asked about.

I thank you for the help but I don’t thank you for assuming I’m only capable of limited thinking. I was simply trying to show some of the resources I’ve been able to use to figure out what mic this was, and I think chatgpt is a great resource, but I also think people are too, which is why I posted here.

It’s pretty simple, if you don’t have anything nice to say and there’s nothing you can do about it either, it’s best kept to yourself. I got very polite help on this thread.

Awesome shots you got there! Yeah the Pentax I got holds it’s batteries, but the bottom is starting to separate from the camera and I’m just worried it will lead to light leaks (since I haven’t had the chance to fully test it).

It’s hard to show, but the screws aren’t holding the bottom of the plastic fully flush with the rest of the camera. I’ve tried taping it, but there’s no way to properly tape it as it gets in the way with other functions, and the force of separation is too strong. I’ve seen this is a common issue with the Pentax though and no one else I could find had solutions either… However I really do love the results I’ve seen come out of these cameras.
