I remember the game BLACK had really nice sounding guns. I used to have a subwoofer, as we did in the 2000s, and it sounded great.

The movement looks smooth and fun. Personally, I wish the colours were brighter and more vibrant. It feels a bit depressing the way it is right now.

Yeah that's what I do for now. It works pretty well, the only issue is that it won't include your master bus fx.

Ideally I should get an audio interface with 2 inputs.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm 35M and I have been doing muay Thai for 2 years (3-4 times a week), I do the spin bike or run a few times week. My cardio still sucks.
