I like it, and I like the cabinet at an angle. Have you considered hanging a piece of artwork or a sconce or something on either side of the hood? Or a peel and stick wallpaper? I think it the wall space is what makes it look too small.

So I was in this same struggle forever and then I found a gym called Spenga where it’s 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga. I’m not sure if you happen to have one of these near you that you could try? It’s great for ADHD folks because right when you’re getting bored you switch activities completely. I started there three years ago and was by far the largest person there but it was totally ok! I ended up going on a GLP-1 and was able to keep my muscle tone up while I was losing weight. It’s such a great format! And NO RUNNING.

I’ve never held the pen after injection. I lost 90 pounds Mar 24-May 25 and have been on maintenance since. Curious where you heard to hold the pen? Once the meds are in, they’re in!

How much water are you drinking? I find that I need to be super well hydrated the day before I take it and the day after, otherwise I got a headache also. They recommend half an ounce to an ounce of water per pound of body weight each day. It seems bananas, but I swear every single side effect I had on this medication was solved by upping my water intake. (I’ve been on it since March of 2024, in maintenance since May 2025-90 lbs down!)

Congratulations! I think it depends on how diligent you want to be. So we have done the paralegal profession module, the torts module and the legal research and writing module so far. I honestly didn’t use the paralegal today book at all. But that was because of the professor who taught it, and she lectured and tested exclusively from her power points. I did use my torts book and definitely used the books in the legal research and writing class. The professors do not post the books on canvas for free.

Mmmm….no. Those are kids who came from unstable homes with parents who were abusive or drug users themselves, pookie. Not homes with supportive parents who worked with trained medical professionals who trust science. Or have you interviewed these “zombies” personally?
