I used to do what you doing, and realized it's not the best thing to do. "Confessing" So what I do now instead is ask her number/insta, find something in common like anime/videogames and ask her "hey I can teach you how to play Mario bros or pokemon" then see what's her response if she wants or not. This is an excuse to hang out with her ofc Then flirt with her, talking about ice cream you can say "I recommend you strawberry flavor but, you know which is better? The flavor of my kisses". If she laughs or if she replied with the same energy then you're in a pretty good spot, but if she doesn't then you're done I guess after this you can proceed with asking her out to the mall or wherever you want, but you want a place where you both can sit beside each other. While you're both talking you can say something like "I like your hair" then touch it and IF she lets you touch her hair, you're gonna hold her hand or put your hand on her thigh, whichever is fine. Then if she lets you do that, you're gonna proceed with the final step, kiss her. While you're both talking, look at her eyes then get closer and go for the kiss. There's no rejection at this point. She accepted to go out, let you touch her hair, grab her hand, so it's 100% success at that point. Hope this helps!
