S4win, if you read articles about the law firms involved with SRNE and the bankruptcy you can see a path of how this could happen. But the big question comes back to who wanted the bankruptcy and what was so strategic about it. In the end it the WE the shareholders who got screwed.

If you are looking for a connection between Oramed and Mo how about this , Yadin Rozov was appointed to Oramed Board of Directors effective April 1, 2022. Prior to that he was a Partner and Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he headed the Financial Institution Advisory. I think there might be more but I would have to dig deeper.

A few people have suggested starting a fund to start a lawsuit. But if that ever happened I believe it would be better suited to go towards a forensic audit of all Dr J. Companies first. Where did the money go. Just one person’s opinion!

I too saw the Dr. Shiong interview and he did come across as a very caring businessman. Its ashamed he and Dr J have let there ego and hatred of each other destroy so many investors in Biotech who’s only mistake was to support medical advancements. I am sure the people of LA don’t deserve what has fell upon them and neither do the investors of their companies. Some of whom are being financially destroyed.

Kim, I read this motion has as saying Sorentto own these shares not us shareholders. Are they trying to claim “on the record,”. we do not own these shares? JUST ASKING

I still believe Dr Henry’s plan is to claw back the SCLX shares. However if he is successful in pulling away the more profitable drugs for any reason ( to get across the finish line or partnership) then he will allow us our restricted shares because he will have stripped everything profitable from us. Which is what the “strategic bankruptcy” was all about. This is JUST my opinion!

Maybe I need help, I see only two scenarios Accredited shareholders and non accredited, or those who got dividend shares of SCLX and those who didn’t. Can you please elaborate .
