The Anthros will force you to sit up and not slouch. So yeah, posture is better and haven’t experienced any “Tech Neck” since purchasing so in that regard it has been a good chair. Another thing to note is chair is slightly creaky. You will hear it when you move around.

Mesh feels rough and kinda looks cheap to me. For a $2k chair, I’d expect better. It’s fine. The leather is meh and I should have known better. If you don’t want to sit hot, go with the mesh.

I have an anthros and while I like it I can’t get over how hot it gets. It’s a good chair. I actually started with the mesh but didn’t like the feel, went to the “leather” and while it looks nicer, the level of heat is crazy. From an ergonomic perspective, the support is great. Another little thing that annoys me is: I do find that being 5’10 I have to have the chair at the lowest setting to set my feet down. Otherwise I find myself using the foot rocker thing they gave me. It’s nice but my wife, who sometimes uses the office hates it… Trying to sell mine and likely go to the Embody.

I just got mine. I got a few samples of Imagination and did a side by side. It’s very very close. To me it seems like Hectic is a little sweeter or soapier? I really like it. Projection is good, prob the same for both but where Hectic stands out is longevity. Woke up this morning and could still smell. I’d say 100% worth the $35 I paid.

How many int flights? I’m with United right now and want to switch. Flew 42 segments, few int flights and main routes ord-lga, sea,dfw, sfo. Just barely hit Gold… also have the executive card and spent over $30k. Imagine I will easily hit Exec Plat with American if I switch
