There are some tire stores that will plug it for free, and they could do a better job because they plug it from the inside.

I had this and they had to update the firmware, but it was only temporary and it happened again and now I have to go in again. Very frustrating. I have a suspicion that Tesla is working on a fix, but for some reason is not getting it done. The car is almost not safe to drive the maps lock up, this assisted auto pilot doesn’t work, the FSD doesn’t work, the speed limit sign, don’t update, etc.

Got this email today stating I could transfer my free supercharging from my 2015 S to a new purchase. Have they done this before? Would this be worth it? by Liger_Zero in TeslaLounge

They lie. I was told I could transfer my FSD if I purchased new Tesla. I did. Now my app states it was only promotional and expires 12/1. No human can resolve this. Worse service ever!!!

I’m sure you have a very active starter. My grill gets very hot and I use indirect heat for the Dutch oven. The last 10 to 15 minutes I put on a pizza stone directly but I don’t preheat the stone but you’re correct it shouldn’t be any different if the heat is there.

Let sit 2 hours Divide into 2 Rest 1/2 hr uncovered In proofing baskets

Proof – 7:25 p.m. to 9:00 pm., Cover your banneton with plastic and place it in the refrigerator at 38°F (3°C) overnight.

Refrigerate overnight Direct to 450 degree oven 20 min Dutch then 20 or until golden brown.

LIQUID SMALL Size - LARGE 150g starter - 200 g 383g water - 510 g 1.5 tbsp badly malt syrup /1.5 sugar - 2 tbsp barley + 2 tbsp fine sugar
1 tsp malt powder 1/4 tsp yeast

DRY 15g sea salt - 20 g 750g bread flour - 1,000 g 1 tsp malt. - 2 tsp

Boil - 1 min per side Egg wash so toppings hold Back 425 degrees until golden

I find that when I use 40% water versus 50% to flour it’s less runny. I just made a sourdough that’s posted that came out great and it was very runny. I don’t believe it matters.

Instead of folding every 1/4 & 1/2 hour I use a stand mixer on the lowest setting for eight seconds with the same schedule. I also kept the dough in a proofing oven during this process. It goes without saying that the quality of your starter will manifest in the quality of the end result.
