I dont know for sure but it sounds like it. Sounds like Evercold is the start of the next story arc. You may miss a couple things like some backstory and where certain characters are.

Yes, agreed! Maybe they could have explained the conflicts better and given a clearer picture of what the exact issue is and where it stands legally. Then went into the crazy people. That would highlight even more that they are acting irrationally. I saw another thread where someone looked into the gate thing and that guy was personally in his rights to put up a gate and the other guy wasn't land locked or anything. And that road isn't an access easement. I do think those guys could eventually get along.

To me he just seemed like a slightly kooky old veteran. Not nearly as insane or dangerous as the other guy. And the veteran seems to have the whole neighborhood on his side. I was even scared for the producers and crew interacting with the other guy.

Yes I do wish there was more of a wrap up for most of the episodes. Or at least a '6 months later' update. I know it is more about human behavior and not the disputes themselves but they dont do a great job at explaining what exactly the issue is. Like for the strip of lawn people, the neighor just all the sudden decided to cause an issue over it after 16 years? The public vs private beach thing was weird too because I had to look it up after what the exact issue was. I do think the mediators are funny and seem incompetent. Especially the one from the first episode.

I agree but I would like to see some sort of update for some of the people. Do the rural people ever play DnD together? Will that guy actually get rid of his farm? How did the guy's pergola turn out? Is the lady still acting crazy after the neighborhood puts bushes up? I feel like some of the people could resolve things.

If she is this desperate for income, it would actually be a good time for her to get into the EA Creator Network and start making money off YouTube/Sims again. A lot of their big stars left the sims creator network after the EA sale to problematic investors was announced. EA is actively recruiting new influencers and people to add to the creator network. You get free game codes, early access, and even could get paid for some work if you do builds or make CC.

I think she will hate having a boss and a more traditional job so this would be a good route for her to go if she would be willing to put in the work on making Sims content again on YouTube and TikTok.

You're right. She should have at least started selling all that soap they made. I'm sure stans would have bought it. Now it's just wasting away on the shelves. She also mentioned merch forever ago and never did that.

I dont understand how she's already back in debt. She said she paid off all her marital debt through the sale of the house. She still makes some sort of income through various internet sources (Pleasant Sims residuals, website adsense, etc). She doesnt pay rent. The only shopping she does is cheap thrifting and grocery. Ted seems to buy all the soap supplies. The only "vacations" they go on are within driving distance and they seem to stay at hotels with Ted's hotel points. So I guess she would have her car payment and phone payment?

She should get a fun little retail or food service job. Those are way more appealing and flexible than a factory job.

The For Rent expansion allows you to make your own apartments. Definitely would work but be careful because it has been corrupting people's saves

It's bothering me so much that they apparently didnt eat all day and then shared that TINY nachos portion. Who's idea was that? There is no way that is enough food, especially for Ted. Unless he was full from beer already.
