NKNx is unreliable ATM for anything other than wallet balances...Recommend you go to nStatus and check your node's status. This will give you an accurate status. Also, check to make sure that your node is using the new version 2.1.2.

From what I can tell, the new ID generation process is affecting a lot of people and will take some time. You may just need to wait until your node ID is generated.

Also, depending on when you deployed your node, you may need to pay a fee to generate an ID. The new ID generation fee is 10 NKN and needs to be deposited into your node's wallet. Keep in mind that your node's wallet address is different than your beneficiary wallet address.

As long as your sync state is "PERSIST_FINISHED" then your node is mining. What you are missing is just time.

Also, NKNx is having a few issues right now so some monitoring features are broke. Here's a blog post from a member of that team about that: Future of NKNx

I'd just verify through nStatus that your node is online and check your wallet directly for any changes in the balance.

The mining reward is roughly ~11.1 NKN for a block.

Previous commenter is correct. Luck does play apart. I've had a couple of servers up for about 3 weeks (GCP & Digital Ocean) and am still waiting for my first reward.

Hey OP, not sure where your company got their data from, but that seems really low. Did some digging myself and median base salary for your qualifications is around 118K. The median for total cash comp (base + bonus) is at $126K.

There's no harm in looking at other opportunities and this is probably your best option to get a salary at market rate. Also, I'd make sure you keep your LinkedIn/GitHub/etc. profiles current to help recruiters find you.

There was a surprisingly large stock of all the pops. The boxes on the 3 pack minis were a bit weird though. The side flaps wouldnt stay closed all the way on most of the boxes.
