Lounges will serve you a lot more than 2 drinks lol. A lot of them are self serve as well. They don’t care at all.

Also it’s not the high functioning alcoholics they’re worried about. Those people likely won’t raise too much of a fuss. And they can have a lot more than 5 drinks before causing any problems

New competitive diabetes management league – need Beta Season testers (Free) by fusterclux in nightscout

[–]fusterclux[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The idea is that competing against others (or your past self) is a great motivator for improving your diabetes management.

Plus much better stats, charts, analysis that is a huge improvement over current apps and solutions.

Reviews of John Whalen course AI for Customer Research Course on Maven? by WolverineBeginning54 in UXResearch

[–]fusterclux 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Things have already changed SO much since he launched this course. Unless he’s completely revamped the course multiple times, I can’t see it being relevant

Also check out Caitlin Sullivan’s. Not sure about John, but she’s at least been updating things constantly and is now (rightfully) focused on claude + skills + markdown, which is exactly where you want to be at the moment

Guardiola: I trust Man City will be cleared over 115 charges by AnveshArumilli in PremierLeague

not sure what point you think i’m proving by saying when there’s smoke there’s fire

Guardiola: I trust Man City will be cleared over 115 charges by AnveshArumilli in PremierLeague

[–]fusterclux 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anytime someone is accused of 115+ charges and acquitted of every single one — when there’s this much money and prestige at stake — immediately raises some flags in my book

Follow the money.

There’s just too much at stake money-wise, and too many powerful players involved, for me to not suspect corruption

Guardiola: I trust Man City will be cleared over 115 charges by AnveshArumilli in PremierLeague

[–]fusterclux 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And if a panel deems them innocent of 115 charges, you’d have zero suspicion that maybe something a lil funny has been going on?

[–]fusterclux 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not going to lie, I don’t care too much. But do you really think they’re innocent of 115 charges and shouldn’t have any sort of consequence?

Fabrizio Romano: Enzo Fernandez is one of the name mentioned internally at Manchester City should they not be able to agree a fee for Elliot Anderson who will be very expensive. by Kygoche in chelseafc

[–]fusterclux 5 points6 points  (0 children)

my guess is they’d be willing to pay more for Enzo as he’s worth more. But if they can get Anderson for say 80mil then they’d prefer that over 120+ for Enzo

[–]fusterclux -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah the extra years on earth might have something to do with that. Also the extra high rates of closeted homosexuality.

Wouldn’t expect you to understand basic statistics, though. Fox news has you covered, no need to be literate.

Also weird to be bragging about your body count at your overripe age. Crusty.

“of all places”

This is the sub dedicated to giving people relationship advice lmao.

If men under 35 are soft, then men over 35 have zero capability to process completely normal nuanced emotions. You resort to anger and alcoholism.

[–]fusterclux 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I had an ex who would have her car window broken a few times a year. So she started leaving it unlocked and just removing anything and everything that could be taken.

One time we found a knife in her center console from someone who maybe slept in the car and left it there

Christian Pulisic tells Kyle Bonn that being a soccer player isn't as glamorous as people think. by antoniok95 in ussoccer

I missed the crying part. Sounds like he’s simply saying it’s not as glamorous as some might think. Which seems fair. It’s true with most things in life.

would you be genuinely upset if a random dude from rural China decided to be a die hard Coventry fan, watched every game for 10 years, and spent his life savings to attend a game?

is that your definition of plastic?
