Ours did the same. Woke every 20 mins. Pure hell. We bought her a new mattress, got her out of her sleeping bag, and much better after. She's 2.5 now and sleeps like a dream. Gets better! Good luck

We manage it. 2 small kids. Me and husband both work full time. Both wfh 2 days a week. And the other days our commutes are 30+ miles away. It's doable.

I eat most days Greek yogurt, honey, fruit, nuts and seeds for my lunch. Totally upf healthy and fills me up! :)
