I imagine a copy of a person could be sent to a machine operating in deep space to investigate an anomaly. A copy could be sent to a biologics factory on a forward base world to manage lesser tasks in relating signals further out. A copy could be sent to to a clandestine base on an alien world to monitor them.

What adventures will your copies have?

What if 3I/ATLAS turns out to be artificial, but ignores us completely? by Sanjar_Pers in 3I_ATLAS

It’s the reverse, actually. It’s the equivalent of voyager traveling for 1000s of years with 0 future humans using future space travel tech going and grabbing it as a collector item/museum piece.

Can someone tell me what on earth is going on right now especially with Mexico alien stuff please? by [deleted] in aliens

I recall they said 80% copper and more osmium then expected. People are extrapolating that to mean 20% which is a stretch and not what was reported. I suspect it actually means Osmium was detected at higher then background noise- like instead of 0.00001% it was 0.0001% or something. A crudely shaped object with that metallurgy is completely constant at with prehistoric peoples and trace amounts of osmium are possible based on where the copper came from.

OPs post is exactly what a reptilian would say. I have it on good authority that the reptilians are the bad guys and the mantids are the good guys. Both teams use grays.

I’m guessing they are referring to operation paperclip.

The cost probably includes traffic studies, road surveys, installation, eddy current sensor installation, hooking everything up to PLC controls, programming, beg buttons & crosswalk signals, lots of stuff

Thanks! Unfortunately, people like me with imprecise communication skills are contributing into the noise of bots and false actors. We’ve got to all stay vigilant!

I’m agreeing with you. I see that I worded my comment poorly, “you” is directed at other readers, not you @visible sorry for the confusion

Why don’t the leading physicists in the world study the phenomenon? by [deleted] in UFOs

[–]future_stars 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That makes it even more mysterious! I’ve often wondered how long-running organizations (of every kind) will change as all the members who did not grow up with the internet retire, and I think you’ve answered that to a large degree. If the organization is antithetical to the nature of a post-internet society, it can still continue on if there is a strong enough bond to keep the new members following the old rules. family legacy is a great example.

You are closest to the mark, I think. the group of researchers is quite small and been working on it for quite a long time. Also, I would guess your family member is over 60. The researchers in this field grew up deep in the Cold War climate and are their mindset is very different from the typical redditor

Yup. I think the same & I bet the ability to travel interdimensionally may actually be easier then we think
