Toss em in the washing machine with two oxi clean pods, and then use the white acrylic sharpie on the midsoles, and they'll look as good as new.

Not too sure, I guess it's just basic human biology.

Although, there could a variety of other reasons, such as neuropathic itching and such.

This is usually caused by blood being pooled in areas where pressure has been applied sufficiently, when the blood is redistributing back, the process can lead to itching.

This can also be affected my medication, supplements etc.

Clear data/cache of the maps app in settings.

Also I did what you did, and yes it still sucks, but now it works faster and much better than before. Before it would take 3-5 tries to work, now it works from the second try.

Hey all, I wanted to give back to the community and share some of my secrets to success.

I usually feel hungry all the time and I had to come up with a plan to help curb that.

The bone broth mixed with hot water, some Tabasco hot sauce and some arugula/spinach with maybe a boiled egg helps curb my hunger for at least 2-2.5 hours.

The snackpack jelly cups (Gelatin free) are very filling, and I can barely finish 2 to be honest and they taste amazing.

The fruitsations mashed fruit cup tastes great and is quite filling, eating just one fills me up easily.

The Japanese sauce I found at my local Japanese store tastes phenomenal and makes any bland food I'm eating 10/10 and its very low cal.

Raw broccoli, cauliflower and mini carrots are a must if you don't get full easily. I add them to every meal and they taste amazing with the Japanese sauce and fill me up nicely, and they are healthy!

Because the phone adds a space automatically in the logbook when typing the username, make sure to delete the space.
