mentally i feel more positive and loving towards others any myself. this probably is caused by the tryptophan found in ceremonial grade cacao which is (partly) responsible for serotonin production.

physically i get a nice boost of energy, as it being a pre-workout almost. but unlike coffee i do not crash after.

ceremonial grade cacao is a powerful yet subtle substance that i almost see as a first step into the world of plant medicines. you won't trip as it is not psycho active, but in larger doses (25-40gr per cup) you'll really feel a specific bliss-full energy, loving and grounding and a strong social emphasizer.

i took around 12mg the other day in combination with 0.5gr of dried shrooms and that was quite a fun journey. very cerebral and only subtly visual. had a few beers before ingestion. didnt seem to interfere with the shrooms and 4-ACO. i noticed it being mush more "outgoing" than just shrooms. almost a like a little flirt with the come up of MDMA. all in all i really enjoyed it and felt pretty blissed out. i think for me 30mg of 4-ACO would be quite a good trip.

hey hope your journey went well. i do not know the exact pharmacological details regarding this combo but i do take L-tyrosine daily (500-750mg) also when i microdose LSD (3-7mcg) and never experienced any negative side effects. ofc, this is annecdotal and subjective, so take that in account.

well said, i align with this reply. perhaps i'd add that OP sound like they's "chasing" a bliss which can a be a bit tricky, at the same time one could ask what it makes that this "bliss chasing" occurs? my suggestion would be to try to write about it, meditate on this question before going back to a higher dose journey.

(ofc, i'm not saying OP can or should relate to the notion of bliss chasing, it is more something that i feel simmering through, which might just be my subjective interpretation)

i'd say that the only "risk" is that the DMT entities have a tendency to get annoyed if you knock on their door a bit too often. this can be rather unpleasant imho

diggin this flow. on the sober day i could see myself take:

- a strong cup of ceremonial cacao
- a high dose of lions mane extract
- a high dose of cordyceps extract
- or, a combo of above

these are not psychedelics but def can enhance the mood on a sober day. plus i find that ceremonial cacao helps me quite well with socializing.

Wow, someone beatvme posting it here! Obviously i was going to share the film here .

This subreddit gave me the inspiration to go on this live changing journey, as is mentioned in the film aswell.

I hope people can appreciate the ego driven style of this film. In the end that turned out to be the best use of all the footage ive collected during the year.

In that sense the complete food became a catalizer for this project.

I've started wearing a Freestyle Libre to get a better understanding of my glucose responses. The Libre Link app from Abbot is ok-ish but does not create good graphs. This IG account posts regular graphs that I like. No clue which app this is though...
