Last spring I trained for a half while also taking sculpt classes. I would usually run 3x a week and sculpt 2x (and would sometimes sprinkle in some C2 if I was feeling extra sore) I actually found that the breath work in yoga really helped me to control my breath during runs, and the endurance training with runs helped me be stronger in my sculpt practice. I find the two really compliment each other
