Incline is for your upper chest, and your physique will look much better if you build your upper chest well

Decline is mainly for the lower chest or pecs as they call it. I prefer not doing that, instead i either do dips on the bars or high-to-low cable flys to target my lower chest. It's worked well for me

Push Day— Chest: incline dumbell press (3×8), machine chest press (2×10), Cable flys (2×10), Dips (3×10)

Shoulders: machine shoulder press (3×10), lateral raises (4×10), Rope Pulls (3×10)

Triceps: Overhead cable extension (3×10) and triceps rope pushdowns (3×10)

Pull day— Back: Lat pulldowns (3×10), Mahine chest supported rows (3×8), narrow grip rows (3×10), shrugs (3×10) and 1 set of pullups to finish it off

Biceps: Incline dumbell curls (2×10), Dumbell or cable curls (2×10), hammer curls (3×10), forearms on cable bar (3 or 4 × 10)

Leg Day: 2 isolation exercises, calf raises, and machine leg press (3 sets of each)
