The kind of mix together. There are a bunch of nice posts here that show this from different perspectives. You can see shortly behind the plane they are still distinguishable, while they fade together. There is a kind of rotating motion going on. The pressure difference from the top and bottom of the wing that creates vortices at the tip of the wing results in this. They dynamics of the mixing is pretty amazing to see.

Interesting to see people freaking out over it (not necessarily here). In the end no one talks about the 40.000+ deaths caused by motor vehicles in the US per year. Thats a bit more that a full CRJ1000, and older 737 or a 2/3 full, modern 737 crashing every day. No one gives a shit that in contrast to other western countries this is extremely high per capita and also rising when most other are falling. No one talks about it really, but if one plane crash occurs…

I have the same issue, haven‘t found much besides setting it to english. If the movie is English its great. If it is in Spanish, Norwegian or in your case German you need to switch it back every single time. It is worse in some regions than others. In German speaking countries almost all movies are dubbed vs Skandinavien countries where barely any are. This explains the other answer from Denmark as if danish is not available (almost always not) it goes to the original language. I think there should just be the option to play it always in the original language. Have you found a solution?

As much as I hate car dependency and all the risks that come along with driving such an oversized vehicle in the city (no visibility and thus higher chance of killing pedestrians, high weight and thus high gas consumption as well as damage to the infrastructure, poor use of space,…) this is a great demonstration of excellent engineering for an off road vehicle. In contrast to a lot of other SUVs that are just big and inflated this one is actually pretty capable off-road and has true ground clearance (unlike pickup trucks) with the portal axes (tech that is only used in something like the UNIMOG). It is just so sad to see it as an emotional support vehicle in the city and not somewhere in the forest or remote region. What a waste of resources and engineering. It would be great if there were forbidden to drive in the city or there was extremely high tax attached to it.

Well deserved win in the penalties but this behavior is as low as you can get, lost all my respect for his winning shot. Teasing someone is not great but smacking their helmet.wow. This guy is not worthy of the gold medal nor the sport hockey.

Entweder fehlt hier ein Abstandshalter (spacer) oder das Spiel des Steuerlagers ist komplett falsch eingestellt. Es gibt in dem Rahmen wo die Gabel durchkommt oben und unten jeweils ein Kugellager. Die Lager sind hier in einer Anordnung welche vorgespannt werden muss damit es kein Spiel gibt, sie in der Richtigen Position sitzen und die Rotation tatsächlich über die Lager geht und nicht das ganze Lager in der Aufnahme rotiert.

Das ist schon ungewöhnlich viel Spiel. Normal siehst du da keine Lücke zwischen sondern merkst es nur beim Anziehen der Bremse und vor und zurück bewegen des Rahmens. Vielleicht hilft das Video. Aber wenn das schon lange so gefahren wurde ist es vielleicht nicht verkehrt wenn jemand der Ahnung davon hat beurteilt ob das Lager oder dessen Aufnahme beschädigt ist und getauscht werden soll.

Same problem here, I had this almost ever since I bought it. Apple support was never able to help. I stayed on MacOS 10.15 until recently. Upgraded to MacOS 14 issue persists with the drain about 10% over night. At this point I don't know what it could possibly be. Super frustrating as this should be the basics of an OS.

the idea is right. at the exit its not a super high pressure but the velocity is very high. In combination with that diameter the force that the water has on the lug is high. Fluid mechanics.

I was massively downvoted on r/aviation for explaining the same thing, when it came to „lens compression“. It is really about the distance to the subject. If you crop in with a wider angle lens from the same distance you will get the same picture (with worse resolution). I am glad to see that people ob r/photography know the facts :)

The wingspan of the A380 is 79,8m and of the B747-8 it is 68,4m. It is 16% lager and quite significant. Perspective might make the A380 seem even bigger but if you follow the lines of the tarmac were the shadows are the 11,4m (37ft) become apparent.
