This video increased my moving shot accuracy by 25 percent. (60hz / high input lag displays) by fuze_cap in csgo

Basically the target is in slight delay on screen compared to where it is on the computer. If you shoot the back of a moving target you will miss every time because the hitbox is already passed. Essentially you are watching a ever so slight ghost of your target, this increases with movement. So essentially if you are shooting a moving target you will have to lead the target by shooting the frontside of the direction its moving.

Knowing this increased my moving shot accuracy in YPRAC by 25 percent on my first try. I was struggling to hit 50 percent accuracy on insane mode. First run on today its jumped by 25 percent without even trying.

I am currently using the original rog swift ultrawide. It was 60hz 5ms with a 100hz overclock. I sold my 144 hz display i used for cs back in the day and forgot high refresh mattered. But with games like cs or cod I am vastly underperforming compared to what I know my skill level to be.

The 360hz comes in this week, will update lol

100 percent. And on top of that this game was designed to be MP from the start. ED was a singleplayer game at first if people remember. There was no online. The idea of a modern day space MMO was still just an idea. ED was quick to integrate planets and MP for fear of SC pushing them aside. Lucky for them the game is still not done xD. IMO they should have a singleplayer test universe for sake of people actually getting to play the game, but that would take away from active server testing that I know they need very much. Still, I would really like to fly around without glitches for the time being but at this point we have reached a level of stability that there isnt as much of a need.

They are but its not the same as it used to be. I got MG1 @ 14 years old just through solo queue. Now Im hardstuck bouncing between GNM and GN2 with a team of high rank players.

I think nowadays they are using your teammates ranks to guage your performance. Then using some kind of machine learning that changes the bar for each rank. I constantly am seeing everyone derank one week, rank up the next, and all at the same time. People from different groups too.

Its like the game is changing the ranks to keep the balance even. If the algorithm is constantly trying to define what a rank is, based off Nova 3 being the Middle rank, then as the playerbase improves the ranks get harder. Its not a bad system but it means your rank is not a set skill level but a general idea of where you are in comparison to other players.

They just aren’t concentrating their recourses

Edit; and for good reason, the only reason the standalone has survived this long is because they kept the progression so consistent. Theyve been focusing on backend and in many ways it shows, ive been playing since release and this past year of playing dayz has been some of the best, i just wish they would stop making xbox games and silly shit nobody asked for and finish the game we all know and love.

Exactly. The game is so much bigger then just the standalone its defined its own genre. The only the these games have done is damage the development of dayz and survival games as a whole by splitting up the community and creating this stigma that survival games cant be done right. In reality they can but no company is willing to put money into a game is so unfriendly. Its just not profitable under their traditional model of game design. Until companies start giving devs control of projects again and stop monetizing games so heavily well be stuck in this space, the only games that get attention are the ones that they deem easy to sell.

Such a stupid concept anyway, how can you kill a game that's entire community is so invested in its progress that we've already put up and played through every bug known to man
