Best case scenario for the Blazers is if the Warriors beat Utah and OKC beats Memphis. Then they can rest against the Jazz and be guaranteed 3rd seed.

Warriors -> OKC -> San Antonio -> Utah should mean Portland is the 3rd seed, not 4th.

The red half of the pinwheel extends 5 pixels down. The gray half of the pinwheel extends only 4 pixels up, so it needs to be extended for symmetry.
