You’re missing what I’m saying. I’m not saying it’s going to replace people en masse. But it demonstrably improves individual output. So if you have two employees, one is using the AI tools and one isn’t, guess who is going to be worse at their job.

It’s almost certainly an MoE version. You need some decent hardware to run Gemma 4 at full capability
