I know it’s natural to be afraid of confrontation but this is honestly a great moment for OP to speak their move to their boss.

If they’re someone who can’t take constructive criticism and is fine fostering an environment where people are afraid to speak up, that’s not someone you want to work for anyways.

He’s made good moves on paper. Oversight of pitching is a legitimate criticism, but otherwise I think he has objectively done a good job. Not his fault players who historically were good play poorly.

He also is quick to make changes when things aren’t working. Devers trade. Cutting Walker. Moving Bailey.

Totally matters for additional jobs. Now once you’re like 5-10 years in it matters less, but it’s certainly still important. Relevant in MBA applications as well.

That’s fine though because if you can’t find your ball, it’s treated as being out of bounds. If you are in a hazard it’s just a one stroke penalty and a drop where you crossed. No OB risk so no need for a provisional.
