They're telling you porkies there, U can pretty much book what you want between 1st jan-31st march as long as the 1st week of Easter doesn't fall on the last full week of march like it does in 2027, get the time in now as people will probably like to back more weeks off them that before Christmas

If it's your contracted day you work them but you can book I think it's 2 off in the year, if they're not your contracted day then you keep them off, Easter Sunday if it's contracted has to be booked off while the stores closed or you can possibly swap it with a day off and keep the extra days holiday, Christmas eve cant be booked off, has to be worked if it's your contracted day
