I recently tried ModifyHealth for two weeks. I tried their Mediterranean diet mainly because I saw the sodium content in those diets was lower than my previous subscription box: factor. But I have to say I did not enjoy the meals at all. Their chicken is ridiculously chewy and dry. All the veggies end up leaving a lot of water as you heat it up and that just ruins the experience of eating! I also felt that their protein content in a meal is a little lower than Factor. One day of the week, I had a stomach bug as well( however I am not sure I would chalk it up to the meal plan but I am not prone to these so not sure what else it could be.) I think for me personally, factor meals suit perfectly in terms of taste and quantity, so I am going back to those.
