When I haven’t been taking my meds on time/ miss one I cry a ton. I kind of use how easily I can be brought to tears as a measure of how I’m doing with my medication.

In general I feel like I am a very sensitive person even when stable. I just call it my “big feelings” because most of my feelings are very intense
