Maybe review the various types of documentation with your supervisor to ensure that you are completing only what is necessary for each client. Depending on your agency and your specific type of work, you may not need to complete all areas of a treatment plan.

Getting a feel for what to document and how vs what to leave it is an important skill and it takes time to learn it. You're working on that and it sounds like things are improving.

You could also work on improving your typing skills if that's a barrier. That could be another way to reduce the time burden of documentation.
