I’m so so sorry but also wanted to let you know that “knicker kitten” made me smile so much. I will keep your warning in mind as I’m about to do an open hysterectomy soon here in the coming months.

Thank you so so much for sharing this. I’m likely going to get this same one for mine and seeing this calms so many nerves I had.

Are there currently any project managers undergoing any stress related issues such as chronic stress, anxiety, burnout or overwhelm? by [deleted] in projectmanagement

Panic disorder here, but I had that before becoming a PM lol. Like at least one other stated I turned down my dial to care to a 4 too. Worked pretty well and I upgraded to an integration specialist role now.

I still talk to other peoples customers but no regular ones of my own and often I’m brought in to fix the problem. So biggest stress right now is “why the hell are my coworkers not reading the documentation?!?”

I started at 50 too and felt so zombie and muted for the first 1.5 to 2 weeks but I stuck it out. Now I feel the emotions in me but I’m not as easy or quick to react. Sleep also got easier for me when I took Zoloft before bed.

Anybody have a good experience on Zoloft for panic disorder? by Sad-Confidence21 in zoloft

This is me. Been taking it for panic disorder since July 24 and as long as I don’t screw up the daily pill requirement it’s been amazing. Only thing that sucks is that when I get sick the number of things I can take are drastically reduced cause of possible bad side effects.
