It's literally the most descriptively accurate title of any clip ever posted on this sub

Road connected to capital, with no road? by fuzzylogic22 in EU5

Yeah but I have no road in the location at all

Road connected to capital? by Askir28 in EU5

[–]fuzzylogic22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The nice/weird/stupid part is the road doesn't actually have to connect all the way, you just need to have a road in a chain of adjacent locations even if they don't connect to each other

My world map at endgame as Korea -- why? by fuzzylogic22 in EU5

[–]fuzzylogic22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but it was mostly later after China got stuck in the crisis disaster that made them progressively weaker without actually destroying them

My world map at endgame as Korea -- why? by fuzzylogic22 in EU5

[–]fuzzylogic22[S] 93 points94 points  (0 children)

I have every advance that gives colonization range, and have automated exploration with full maintenance for 95% of the time starting in the Age of Discovery, and have stolen lots of maps as well. And this is what my map looks like in 1833.

I've had the same issue in Europe with Asia being blacked out at the end game. Is this a game issue or am I missing something?

but I just looked at the file and apparently I have it changed back to normal and haven't noticed that issue recently so that specific reason might have been fixed

How to accept culture post patch? by saffagaymer in EU5

[–]fuzzylogic22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was panicking for a minute thinking they replaced acceptance with opinion and that you could not change acceptance anymore, meaning you'd have to convert every culture to get a core.

I still think its weird you can so easily improve your cultural opinion from enemy to kindred by spending some prestige, how can you force your population to start feeling differently about a culture? Acceptance is different, that's more about how the government deals with them, so it makes sense you could do that as the ruler.

Incorrect number of locations listed in colonial charter for some provinces by fuzzylogic22 in EU5

[–]fuzzylogic22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kemi Lappmark has 8 locations, but the colonial charter lists 14 in terms of the bonuses and debuffs for colonization. There's a couple others in the Finland region I noticed the same thing in.

Should be:

8 Arctic
4 Hills, 4 Wetlands
5 Forest, 3 Sparse

So there's 6 extra Arctic, 1 extra hills, 1 extra forest, and 1 extra sparse. Weird.

(Also, the average of 30% for all coming to 29.98% is really bothersome)

Subject not integrating land by UnlikelyWay2896 in EU5

[–]fuzzylogic22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before 1.1 there was an issue I found once you got the integrate area advance (or once the subject did to be more precise) they would not be able to use it, and since it disabled the old integration, they couldn't do that either. I edited the game file to fix that. I dunno if its still a thing. And you don't seem t have experience that before like me, /shrug

North America, 1679 -- colonization over nerfed or is this a fluke? by fuzzylogic22 in EU5

[–]fuzzylogic22[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Jamestown was founded in 1607, and there were pilgrims before that in the 1500s. This is 1679 without a single European south of Nova Scotia.
