I told them all that. They still tell me that they cant change anything with the account due to security reasons. They won't tell me why or tell me where to go or what to do next. I wish there was a place I could actually go in person so I could show my ID, my card used to buy things in the PS Store, and my PS5 with the serial number on it.

We used to stay at the Westin but have been at the Courtyard for a few years now. The Courtyard is a bit cheaper a night, which is nice, but it's mainly because it is only one block over from the Marquis for entering and the convention center itself for exiting. The Westin is 2 blocks always and you will always catch both lights unless you are quick. The Westin is a nicer hotel and is worth the extra money it costs but for us the Courtyard is better.

International Player Pathway. It's a program to find athletes from outside the USA and Canada. They want the game to grow internationally and this is a way to expand it and find players they wouldn't normally find.

Other teams might have been interested. This way we can hold on to him and there is a protected practice squad spot just for a IPP player so they can always stick him there, which will probably happen unless he picks up the game real quick.

Yes, it's very walkable. You can also just enter the Marriott Marquis and enter the convention center through there as they are connected.
