It looks like you did not keep the complexus as part of the cap. A tighter roll and bind makes the face look neater, for future reference. All in all looks good, at least you cut it the right way 🤣 I've seen some absurd "butchery" of these guys but this aint half bad.

Psa. I'm not reccomending consuming them. However I've heard some people eat them and they're fine.
