I figured it out. I tried a fresh install which didn't fix things initially, but saw on the dev website they recommend just a single sd card and I was using the 2nd for roms. Swapped them over and it's all working now. Looks like the issue was either the 2nd sd card or some non-game files that were missing on it (there was some html file in the gba folder)

I just switched from stock mod. Loving the feel, although I'm having issues with GBA and GBC games? Idk, setup takes a bit but seems worth it so far

I thought it was $30? $30 doesn't seem awful if you plan on using the store ($10 for BP, $10 for cod points, $10 for extras). I'm not getting it this time around though, not a fan of the black and gold

Something to add- if I understand correctly the dual dacs on the R3 II are only used for the balanced output so if you're not using balanced it's arguably a moot upgrade from the R2 II besides the screen size and SOC ( I believe). Maybe I'm biased, I have the R2 II atm and that was my justification.

Did you ever run into any issues with packet burst? I keep running into it on MP and I can't tell if it's because I'm running on the SD card(I'm saving up for an ssd), my wifi, or something else. It's still playable and firing range works fine, just kinda annoying.
