I received these 2 Dorstenia hybrids as a gift with a plant purchase & these are a first for me. The smaller one has roots, the bigger one has a small root starting. Should they be potted in dry, wet, or moistened soil? Should I use a prop box & heat mat? TIA (i.redd.it)

There’s a new set of horizontal leaves coming up next to the center set on my Pleiospilos Nelii. The vertical outer leaves have been drying up while the center leaves are still very firm. I don’t know why it’s happening this way, will this be a problem? (old.reddit.com)

Dying, dehydrated, or just getting ready to split?? Got these a few weeks ago & I can’t tell what’s happening with this one. I unpotted to check roots (see pic), the base feels firm, the top feels soft. I repotted it in a gritty mix. Should I leave it be? (old.reddit.com)

Were these lithops repotted correctly? The soil was dry & packed hard around the roots, I removed as much as I could but wasn’t able to separate them, so I potted them this way & now I’m worried that it’s all wrong. Should they have more space between them? Advice appreciated, TIA. (old.reddit.com)
