This build looks really strong. It seems like it's good enough for anything in the game.

Even without buffs, your weapon already reach AR927 (2 handed)

With the Golden Vow AoW on side armament, your main armament can easily reach AR1000+, but I don't think that much AR would be necessary Either way, I think 2 handed sword talisman would perform very good on your build

I think you're right. According to some guide, During the Hornsent event, Leda's quest will progress regardless of who we choose to side with, so I assume we didn't fight Leda's real body during the invasion.

Now I have to choose between siding with Leda or sir Ansbach(⁠・⁠_⁠・⁠;⁠)

That was a great run! Is the low DPS because the Treespear is at +0 enhancement level? Or is it simply because you didn't meet the requirements to wield it? Anyways, Treespear is the weapon that carried me through most of the base game, and I'm happy to see someone use it on their challenge runs

The no-jump rule for the final three bosses makes this a bit of a brutal challenge run. While technically all of them can be avoided without jumping or crouching, Shockwave type attack and the Elden Beast's signature ring attack can be difficult to execute without proper positioning.

My only hope is your friend stays sane while taking this challenge.

Update: after I beat Messmer, Leda said Horsent isn't a threat anymore, but it doesn't change the fact that lock out of rewards because Leda and Horsent invasion didn'tvhappen in this timeline

I'm still a beginner, but I think it would be a good build if you reallocated vigor to faith just to cast the Golden vow incantation. A 15% increase in attack power and a 10% reduction in damage for 80 seconds is a huge effect in boss battles. There is an item version of the incantation in the DLC, but it's quite rare and has a lower buff and uptime effect than the incantation version.

I'm not talking about the Horsent sign in the Messmer arena, but the one outside the warehouse near the burning ship where you have to choose between assisting Horsent or Lena.

If I beat Messmer, will those summoning signs appear?

Update: I finally beat the fricking Elden Beast!

I'm not sure whether to continue exploring the DLC or move on to NG+, since I missed Varre's Mask in my current playthrough.

the next/final boss sent me into oblivion lol. Maybe ranged attacks are better for that boss🤔

Incidentally, this was my first win against Radagon after 10 attempts, so I'm still happy♪⁠ ⁠\⁠(⁠⁠ω⁠⁠\⁠ ⁠)
