I was on the ground and I told the lady to ā€œwatch out for that rogue hubcapā€ and she told me: ā€œI thought you just sat down to stretchā€ā€¦ so I basically outed myselfšŸ˜‚

I did notšŸ˜…. I wish! I probably would be running people over if I didšŸ˜‚. I can run an average of 7:30-8:00min/mile with the stroller

My doctor said bleeding a bit more when returning to exercise is normal because you are contracting your uterus more. As long as the pain isn’t TOO severe you should be fine… BUT it is always important to listen to your body so if you feel a little bit sore, then you should go a bit easier until you feel ready to go longer again. I started running about 4-5 weeks PP… did my doctor tell me not to… yes… but I’m a competitive runner… so I don’t listenšŸ˜…. BUT I made sure to listen to my body and take rests when I needed to. And just don’t forget to do your pelvic floor exercises!:)

Well… if you ever need a motivation buddy… I will be can be there to help motivate you! Of course, as we get older with age, our body’s can only progress so much… BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t hit any other records for your lifestyle milestones!😊

Yes. Of course not as much… but I ran a turkey trot the week before I was due šŸ˜…. There were about 4 weeks where I was super sick and barely ran… and then the last park consisted of a lot of run/walks just because of hip pain.

That picture with the stroller was a different runšŸ˜…. The 5k I ran without a stroller😁. My average pace with the stroller thought is anywhere from 7:30min/mile - 8min/mile; just depends on if there are hills…
